AOTA's Evidence-Based Resources Expand Online 
The new CAT and CAP series are products of AOTA's Evidence-Based Literature Review Project. These series provide an "at-a-glance" synthesis of a group of articles selected for focused-question literature reviews (CATs) as well as summaries of selected individual papers (CAPs). The first two topics are "Driving and Community Mobility for Older Adults" and "Traumatic Brain Injury."

The AOTA Nominating Committee would like to hear from any member who is considering running for office in the next General Election. In January 2008, members will vote for two Board Directors, the WFOT Delegate, the WFOT Second Alternate Delegate, and the OTA Alternate Representative to the Representative Assembly. Grassroots Action Still Needed for Therapy Cap Exceptions! 
Congress returns from the August recess in 1 week. Grassroots action is still needed to urge Congress to include legislation that will extend the therapy cap exceptions process. If Congress fails to act before the end of 2007, the therapy caps will return. Contact your members of Congress today.

Evidence Byte: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) 
The Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Provider Education Project is a collaboration between the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the CFIDS Association of America. The project includes two free online courses on CFS that are relevant to occupational therapy and provide evidence-based information on fundamentals and management.
